Create a new C parser backend that uses libSynopsis, instead of the existing ctool backend. During development the code is kept in contrib/C, but it should be moved into Synopsis/Parsers/C as soon as it is reasonably complete and stable. The ctool backend should then be retired.

The task turned out to be smaller than expected. As the parser is already more usable than the old ctool-based one, I replaced the ctool based parser by the new one. There are certainly still a number of issues to address, though. In particular, the HTML formatter may need some adjustment as it is very OO-centric and it wasn't used without 'ModuleView' etc. before.
