Are you asking for the summary (if available) to be repeated in the FileDetail view ? Or do you want the declarations to be formatted in the FileDetail view as they are in the Scope view ? While I think the former is a good idea, I'm a bit reluctant about the second idea, as users may be surprized, since two views contain essentially the same information, but only one would be linked to from other places (such as as a source view).
