Parser::name() returns a PTree::Node,
and the caller wraps that in a PTree::Name if it's
not an PTree::Identifier.
Clean the code up so Parser::name() can do the
PTree::Name wrapping itself (but be careful with
regressions, as some right now some processors
might depend on names not being wrapped in
PTree::Name !

The parser in the stable (0_8) branch won't change
any more, and the development branch contains a
completely rewritten parser.
